## Other pay-over-time possibilities

Affirm or Klarna may also be available. Each provider determines availability, approval, fees, payment schedule, and final terms. No Affirm or Klarna tool or application is loaded on this site.

## Published cash prices

Financing does not change the clinic cash price. The provider separately shows any financing cost before you accept.
- Individual physician review: $119 one time. A prescription is a separate clinical decision, and medication is billed separately.
- Introductory trial: $199 for one month with physician evaluation and possible compounded semaglutide, only if a prescription is approved and fulfillment is confirmed for the patient's location.
- Essential Reset with compounded semaglutide: $499 for 90 days, equivalent to $166 per month. The monthly equivalent is not a separate monthly purchase.
- Advanced Reset with compounded tirzepatide: from $699 for 90 days, equivalent to $233 per month. The monthly equivalent is not a separate monthly purchase.

## HSA / FSA eligibility, in plain language

HSA and FSA funds are eligible for "qualified medical expenses" under IRS guidelines. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prescribed by a licensed physician for weight loss with documented medical necessity (BMI 30+, or 27+ with a comorbidity) qualify. The $119 physician visit qualifies. We provide itemized statements with diagnosis and procedure codes if your administrator requires them for substantiation.

What might not qualify: gym memberships (without a Letter of Medical Necessity), most fitness equipment, supplements without a prescription. Your HSA administrator confirms specifics.

Why this matters financially. If you have an HSA with a balance, every dollar paid through HSA is paid with pre-tax money, effectively a 22-37% discount depending on your tax bracket. For the $499 90-day program, that's $110-$185 in tax savings most patients leave on the table.

## Why we don't bill insurance

Insurance denials for branded GLP-1 medication coverage (Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound) are common. Prior authorization, when granted, takes 30 to 90 days. Many patients spend three months in back-and-forth before learning their plan rejects the medication. Branded GLP-1 medications carry list prices of about $968-$1,349/month before manufacturer savings or self-pay programs.

Compounded therapy at our clinic is $166-$233/month. For most uninsured patients, the math favors cash-pay even before factoring in the time and stress of insurance navigation. For patients whose insurance does cover branded GLP-1 with reasonable copay, branded is the better path, we'll tell you that during the consultation.

## Frequently asked questions

### What direct payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. You may also use an HSA or FSA card subject to your account rules. We do not bill insurance directly.

### Do you offer Cherry payment plans?

Yes. Cherry is the primary pay-over-time option presented on this page. Checking available options uses a soft credit inquiry and does not affect your credit score. Cherry and its lending partners determine approval, any down payment, APR, term, and availability. Eligibility is not guaranteed.

### Are Affirm or Klarna also available?

Affirm or Klarna may also be available. Each provider determines availability, approval, costs, payment schedule, and final terms. Confirm current options before paying.

### What is the total cost if I use financing?

The clinic cash price does not change: $119 for the individual physician review, $199 for the introductory trial, $499 for 90 days of compounded semaglutide, and from $699 for 90 days of compounded tirzepatide. The financing provider separately shows APR, any down payment, the schedule, and the total before you accept.

### Why don't you bill insurance directly?

New Hope is a cash-pay practice. We publish the physician-review fee and medication prices separately so you can compare before starting. If insurance covers a brand product with a reasonable copay, that may be a better option and can be discussed during consultation.

### Are gym expenses HSA-eligible alongside this?

Generally no. Gym memberships may require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Check with your HSA or FSA administrator to confirm your account rules.

### Can I split payment across more than one method?

We can confirm whether direct payment methods can be combined before checkout. Any financed portion remains subject to the financing provider's rules and terms.
